Frequently asked.

Is it really one system, or several apps sold together?

One system. There is one login, one bill, one address book and one set of accounts, and every module writes into the same place. That is why a paid booking can be in your P&L and on the customer’s record without anybody moving it, and why a payroll run is already in your profit and loss the moment you finalise it.

What happens to the numbers I already have somewhere else?

Nothing has to move. Start from the current month. There is no cut-off date and no import step you have to finish before the product works. Older receipts can be scanned whenever you feel like it, and contacts import from a CSV if you have one. Migration is the reason most people stay stuck on a system they dislike, so we removed it as a requirement.

Do I have to use the whole thing?

No, and most people do not. Every module comes with Pro 365, so you can run the accounting and leave payroll, the shop and the booking page sitting there unused until the day you need them. Modules are not sold one by one, and if you already pay for a single module you keep your plan and price.

How do I get started?

Email hello@kevinchiahd.com and tell us a little about the business. We onboard every business personally: we set up the account, bring in what you already have and walk you through the first month.

Is there a per-user charge?

No. One price covers the account, and you can invite your team at no extra cost. Employee logins for the staff portal are unlimited at no extra cost, so every member of staff can have one.

Is this only for Singapore?

Yes, and that is the point. GST at 9% and the F5 boxes, CPF, SDL and SHG, IR8A, ACRA and ECI deadlines, PayNow, and UEN-based invoicing are built in rather than configured. A general international product makes you set all of that up yourself and still gets the edges wrong.

What kind of business is it for?

Any kind, from one person to about twenty. The people it suits are the ones who are currently the integration layer between a spreadsheet, a payroll app, a chat group and a bank statement. If you already employ somebody to run finance software full time, a deeper single tool will serve you better.

What if I need something that is not here?

Ask. If it would help more than one Singapore business it goes into the module and lands in every account, usually by the next working day, at no extra cost. If it is genuinely specific to your business we say so honestly rather than pretend it is on a roadmap, and a system built only for you is a different thing at a different price.

Your data is held on AWS, encrypted and backed up every night. It is never sold or used to train a model, and you can export any list whenever you want.4 How we handle it

  1. Pro 365 is S$49 a month, cancel any time, or S$365 a year billed yearly, and covers every module. Modules are not sold one by one; businesses already paying for a single module keep their plan and price. Team and staff portal logins are unlimited at no extra cost.
  2. Pro 365 includes every module, every limit lifted, and every module built afterwards at no extra cost. The working session with the founder is one session during your paid year, on your own business rather than a software walkthrough, booked whenever suits you.
  3. Comparison figures are indicative Singapore market rates for the same jobs bought one subscription at a time, at the time of writing, and vary with headcount, plan and transaction volume. They are given as a range for that reason and are not quotations. Competitor prices are not stated on this site because they are not ours to keep current.
  4. Your data is held in a managed Postgres database on AWS, encrypted at rest and backed up nightly, with row-level security so one account can never read another. Sensitive payroll and customer fields are encrypted individually on top of that. It is never sold and never used to train a model, and you can export it to CSV or delete it at any time.
  5. The screen at the top of this page is an illustration with invented figures, not a recording of a real account; the posting it shows is how the product works. GST is shown for a GST-registered business. There is no migration step and no cut-off date: older receipts can be scanned at any time or not at all, and contacts import from a CSV.
  6. The AI assistant is included in Pro 365, subject to a fair-use daily limit. It answers from your own data and does not give tax or accounting advice.
  7. Systems for one trade are S$199 a month for the first location plus S$100 a month for each extra location, or S$1,999 a year plus S$999 a year for each extra location paid yearly, and each includes Pro 365 at no extra cost. Membership management is S$99 a month or S$999 a year, with Pro 365 included. Your own domain with a website that stays in sync with the system is an optional add-on at S$39 a month or S$399 a year. Their status differs, and each page says so: the car workshop system is built and taking its first workshops one at a time; membership, restaurant and retail are being built; tuition, fitness and dealership are designs, and the first business in each trade commissions it as a custom project. Custom systems are quoted per project, and any grant support is assessed on that project’s own scope and is never guaranteed.
