Multi-channel retail
Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and your own shop, run from one place. One product record, one price change, one promotion, pushed out to every channel. Orders come back into one list, and your P&L tells you which channel actually made money once commission, ads, shipping and returns are taken off.
Built in Singapore, for Singapore: SGD, GST at 9%, and the platforms you already sell on.1
Illustrative. Each channel can carry its own price and still share one stock count.
Who it is for
app.kevinchia.sg already does the books, GST, payroll and your own online shop for any small business at S$365 a year. This is for the sellers whose day is spent keeping four marketplaces telling the same story.
A new colour, a corrected description, a price change, a promotion. Every one of them typed out again on every platform, and one of them always gets missed.
Two of something left and three platforms still showing it in stock. Somebody buys the one you do not have, and you cancel an order and take the rating hit.
Every platform shows you its own revenue. None of them shows what it cost you to sell there, and none of them compares itself to the others.
How it works
The product lives here. The marketplaces are places it is published to, not four separate products you keep in step by hand.
Photos, description, variants, sizes, weights, SKU. Written properly one time, in one place, with each channel's own quirks handled for you rather than by you.
Out to every channel you sell on, each with its own price if you want one, because platform fees are not the same and neither should your margin be.
A sale anywhere takes it off everywhere, in seconds. Oversells stop being a thing that happens to you on payday weekend.
Every order in one list to pick and pack from. Payouts, commission, ad spend and returns land in the P&L against the channel they came from, with GST split out.
Steps one to three are what a sync tool does. Step four is the one that changes decisions, and it is the one nothing else on the market can do, because nothing else already holds your books.
Channels
Which of these gets connected first is being decided by the sellers talking to us now. If a channel carries most of your revenue, say so and it moves up.
Illustrative. The negative row is the point: a channel can turn over money and still cost you.
The real question
Plenty of tools will keep four listings in step. None of them can tell you that the channel with your best revenue is your worst channel, because none of them can see what you paid to sell there.
Commission, transaction fees, the free-shipping programme, vouchers you funded, ads, and the returns that came back three weeks later. All of it against the channel that charged it.
Not just which channel pays. Which product on which channel pays, once its own cost and its own share of the fees are taken off. Some of your best sellers are the reason you are tired and not richer.
Not a report you export. The same profit and loss your GST F5 and your corporate tax already come out of, so the channel view and the year-end figures cannot disagree.
This is why it sits on app.kevinchia.sg rather than beside it. A channel manager knows your orders. Your accounting knows your costs. Only one system holding both can answer the question you actually have.
Price
One price whatever you sell and on whichever channel, and the whole app.kevinchia.sg platform is inside it: books, GST, payroll, invoicing, CRM, the staff portal and your own Snapshop storefront. Not a subscription on top of a subscription. No percentage of your revenue, no per-order fee, no charge per channel connected. The platforms already take a cut. We do not take another one. Monthly it is S$199 for your first location and S$100 for each extra location, cancel any time. Paid yearly it is S$1,999 for the first, about S$167 a month, and S$999 for each extra location. Pro 365, every app.kevinchia.sg module, is included at no extra cost.
A channel manager, an inventory tool, your accounting, your payroll, and the spreadsheet somebody rebuilds every month to work out whether Shopee was worth it. Bought separately those run into the hundreds a month and still leave you doing the last part by hand.
Hours. Most multi-channel sellers have someone re-listing and reconciling for a large part of every week, and an operations hire in Singapore is S$2,500 to S$3,500 a month.2 One month of ads on a channel that loses money after fees costs more than a year of this.
Early sellers keep the launch price for as long as they stay. If you help shape it while it is being built, you do not pay more later because it got better.3
Want it on your own web address? We set up your own domain with a quickly designed website that stays in sync with the system, for S$39 a month or S$399 a year. It is optional.
From a app.kevinchia.sg customer
“An entry point for a small start-up, without being overwhelming.”
“Looking for an easy way to manage my small business, I came across app.kevinchia.sg. This solution has an entry point for a small start-up, not overwhelming, while having more sophisticated features for future scaled-up operations. Had a chance to speak to the founder Kevin and was greatly encouraged that he listens to his clients, big or small, and is always open to see how he can improve the client experience. app.kevinchia.sg not only provides a solution, but provides the relationship management as if you are a big corporate. Very glad to chance upon this software.”

Questions
It is being built now, which is why this page carries a notice instead of a sign-up button. The date depends partly on who talks to us early, because the order the channels get connected in is being decided by real sellers. Tell us which platforms carry your revenue and we will tell you where it stands.
Whichever one the sellers we are talking to actually depend on. Shopee and Lazada are the obvious first two for Singapore, and TikTok Shop is the one growing fastest, but that is our reading rather than a promise. If yours is a smaller platform and it is most of your business, say so. That is exactly the sort of thing that changes the order.
Sync is the part everyone builds and the part we have to get right to be taken seriously. It is not the reason to use this. The reason is that once your orders and your fees are in the same place as your books, you can finally see what each channel keeps you rather than what it turns over. Nothing that only does sync can ever answer that.
No. Pro 365 is included at no extra cost, so the whole back office is part of this. You are not paying for the platform and then paying again for the channels: it is one plan, one login and one bill, carrying every module a Singapore business needs alongside the multi-channel side. Pro 365 is the standalone plan for a business that wants the back office and none of this, so you do not need it on top.
No. Your own shop is a channel like any other, and it is usually your best one because nobody takes a commission on it. Snapshop works today and is inside this price too, so it simply becomes one more place your product list publishes to.
They get pulled in from the channels you are already on rather than typed again. Bringing an existing catalogue over without a week of data entry is part of the build, not something you would be left to do yourself, and it is the first thing we would work through with you.
S$199 a month for your first location and S$100 for each extra one, or S$1,999 and S$999 a year paid yearly, is what we expect to launch at, with the whole platform inside it and no commission or per-order fee on top. It is published here rather than hidden behind a form because a price you have to ask for wastes everybody's afternoon. If it moves before launch, anyone who came in early keeps the price they were quoted.
Yes, if you want it. For S$39 a month or S$399 a year we set up your own domain with a quickly designed website that stays in sync with the system, so what your shop shows online is never out of step with what you run. It is an optional add-on, not part of the price above.
Get in early
Which platforms, roughly how many products, and which part of the week disappears into it. Early sellers decide what gets connected first and keep the launch price.
No sales call unless you ask for one. If Pro 365 and Snapshop already cover you, we will say so rather than sell you depth you do not need.
We will come back to you with a straight answer: where the build stands, whether your channels are near the front of the queue, and whether what you described is already solved by what is live today.
Anything to add in the meantime, hello@kevinchiahd.com reaches the same place.
