Bookings
Your customers pick a time you are genuinely free, pay by PayNow, and it lands in your diary. No more settling one appointment over six messages.
Part of Pro 365: S$49 a month, or S$365 a year for every module.1
Your customer never sees a form. They answer one question, it folds away, the next one opens. On a phone, in under a minute, with no account and no app.
Your services, with the price. If one comes in three lengths, they pick the length and see all three prices before they choose.
A month calendar with only the days you can genuinely be booked live. Tap a day and that day’s times appear underneath it.
Your studio, their address, or online. If the time they chose works at only one place, that is said out loud rather than decided quietly.
A PayNow QR with the amount and the booking number already in it. They tap to say they have paid, and you confirm once you see it.2
Every choice showed the price it produces. Two people is not a capacity setting buried on a form. It is a button that says S$220, so nobody has to trust that the multiplying works before they commit.
Every part of the total is its own line. The length, the number of people, their rate, the code, the journey. A price built from five things cannot be checked from one figure.
And the money is already in your accounting. Confirming the payment posts the revenue, dated the day you confirmed it, and raises a tax invoice on your own numbering.5
How we compare
Calendly is the best-known booking link in the world and it is very good at what it was built for, which is getting two people into a meeting. Taking money from customers in Singapore is a different job.
Price
Booking software in Singapore usually runs S$40 to S$100 a month and takes a percentage of every payment on top. Bookings comes with Pro 365, alongside every other app.kevinchia.sg module, and takes nothing from what you are paid, because the money goes straight from your customer’s bank to yours. We set every business up ourselves.
A class closes that hour the day you set it up, not the day somebody books it.6
One person cannot be in two places, and the diary knows it.
Bookings works out what is owed and collects the number. You transfer it and press done.3
Features
Ask for something and it gets built. Every account has a Feedback button that raises a real ticket, read by the person who writes the code. If it would help more than one Singapore business it goes into the module and lands in every account, usually by the next working day.
Need it to work with a tool you already use? Ask the same way. We check that it can be done and tell you straight. You subscribe, by card or PayNow, we build the connection, and you try it on your own account. If we cannot make it work, you get your money back.
Before you sign up, hello@kevinchiahd.com reaches the same place.
From a customer
“An entry point for a small start-up, without being overwhelming.”
“Looking for an easy way to manage my small business, I came across app.kevinchia.sg. This solution has an entry point for a small start-up, not overwhelming, while having more sophisticated features for future scaled-up operations. Had a chance to speak to the founder Kevin and was greatly encouraged that he listens to his clients, big or small, and is always open to see how he can improve the client experience. app.kevinchia.sg not only provides a solution, but provides the relationship management as if you are a big corporate. Very glad to chance upon this software.”

Questions
Bookings is part of Pro 365, which is every app.kevinchia.sg module for S$49 a month, or S$365 a year paid yearly. Bookings are unlimited, there is no per-booking fee and no cut of what you are paid. If you already pay for Bookings on its own, you keep your plan and your price.
By PayNow. Bookings draws a QR code with the amount and the booking number already in it, so the transfer arrives in your bank matched to the booking rather than as an anonymous sum. The customer pays, taps to say they have paid, and you confirm once you actually see it. The money goes straight from their bank to yours, which is exactly why nothing is taken out of it. The QR is built on our side, so the code works without the page ever showing your UEN or mobile number.
Yes, once they sign in. They put in the email address they booked with, we send a six-digit code, and they type it back. There is no password. That step matters: a booking link is an unguessable address sitting in an inbox, not proof of who is holding it.
You decide the rules, meaning how close to the appointment changes stay open and how many times it may be moved. Set the limit to none and nothing can be changed online at all. Either way you are never held to them: you can move or cancel anything at any time, and the customer is emailed the change.
Bookings works out that a refund is owed, asks the customer for a PayNow mobile number and makes them tick to confirm the number is their own before it will take it. They land on your Refunds to send list with the amount and a copy button. You send the money from your own banking app and press “I have sent it”, and they get a receipt by email. You can refund part of it, or record that none is due under your policy, which needs a sentence because the customer is emailed exactly what you write. The transfer is always yours to make.
They do not have to. The calendar opens flexible, showing every day you can be booked anywhere, and says so. If they do care where, one dropdown narrows it and the month redraws to only the days that place is genuinely possible. Because the place is settled after the time, one working day can run across several of them, with your travel time enforced between each.
Both. Switch on “going to the customer” and it becomes one of the options, and they type their address when they book, which is one line and a postal code and nothing else. Switch on online sessions and it becomes an option with no address at all, and it costs you no travelling time, because a video call is wherever you already are. If you never meet anyone in person, that alone is enough to go live.
Both ways, once you connect it. Every booking, class place and event slot appears in your Google Calendar within a few seconds, in a separate calendar we make called app.kevinchia.sg Bookings, so it never mixes with what is already in there. Move or cancel it in Bookings and the entry follows.
The other direction is the useful half: anything you are busy with in Google closes those hours on your booking page, so the dentist appointment you put in your own calendar cannot be booked over. You can set a gap either side of it too, so a one o'clock appointment closes the half hour before it and the quarter hour after rather than letting somebody book you at one o'clock on the dot. Classes are left alone unless you ask for them as well, so your own “Yoga 7pm” reminder cannot close the yoga class it is reminding you about. Whatever is closed, it only ever stops new bookings, so there is a page listing everybody who booked before that went into your calendar and has not been told. That direction is checked every ten minutes rather than the instant you type it, because nothing tells us when you write in your own calendar, and there is a Sync now button for when you cannot wait.9
We ask for two narrow permissions and nothing wider: make and manage our own calendar, and see when you are busy. We cannot read what any of your entries say, and we cannot change or delete anything we did not put there ourselves.
You do, every time. Once an appointment has finished you can press “Ask for a review” on it and we email that customer a link; nothing goes out on its own, and nobody is asked about an appointment they did not turn up for. Before any of that you pick one of three rules: every review appears straight away, only ones at or above a rating you choose appear and the rest wait for you, or nothing appears until you approve it. Whichever you pick you can take any review down later, and a rating you turn down is kept rather than deleted in case you change your mind.
What you cannot do is edit what somebody wrote, because then none of it would be worth reading. Ratings show with no name attached, an average appears beside each service, and the whole list is one tap from your booking page. Your customer can change or add to what they said from the same link at any time.
Yes, and none of it gets in the way of booking. Add a cover photo, up to ten more, a few words about yourself, the questions people always ask, and links to your website and socials. Your customer still lands on step one; all of that sits above it as a photo and a row of small buttons, so somebody who just wants a time on Tuesday never has to read any of it. Fill none of it in and your page is exactly as it was.
If you also run the app.kevinchia.sg chat widget on your own website, your questions and answers are shared with it so it can answer them without you.
Nothing to add. Bookings comes with Pro 365, so your customer list, the P&L, invoicing, payroll and every other module are already in the same account, and a booking flows into them without you typing it twice.
Yes, including the rule that a holiday falling on a Sunday makes the following Monday a holiday. You can switch that off if you work holidays, and open specially on one for just the hours you want. The 2027 moon-based dates, meaning Hari Raya Puasa, Hari Raya Haji, Vesak Day and Deepavali, are added by you once the government gazettes them, because a guessed holiday would quietly close a day you meant to work.
Set up your services, your hours and your PayNow, and hand out one link. Email us and we set you up ourselves.
