Restaurant & F&B

Your food cost.
Today, not next month.

Floor, kitchen and books on one system. An order goes from the table to the kitchen screen, the ingredients come off stock as the dish goes out, and the two numbers that decide whether a restaurant makes money sit on your dashboard as a live percentage of today's sales.

Built in Singapore, for Singapore: GST at 9%, CPF for part-time staff, and the delivery platforms you already sell on.1

Who it is for

If the kitchen is the business.

app.kevinchia.sg already does the books, the payroll, the GST and the staff portal for any small business, at S$365 a year. This is for the ones where the software has to run the operation as well: the floor, the pass and the walk-in fridge.

One kitchen or five

A hawker stall with two staff, a cafe, a restaurant group with a central kitchen. The same system, with each outlet's numbers separate and the group's numbers added up.

Dine in, takeaway, delivery

Table orders, counter orders, your own online ordering and the delivery platforms. All of it arriving on one kitchen screen instead of four tablets nobody is watching.

Mostly part-time staff

Rostered by shift, clocked in on a phone, hours flowing straight into payroll with CPF worked out. Labour cost updates as the shift runs, not when the month closes.

How it works

One order.
Four things happen.

Nothing is typed twice, and nothing waits for someone to remember it at the end of the night.

01

The order is taken

At the table, at the counter, from your own ordering page or from a delivery platform. Modifiers, no-onions and set meals all come through as the kitchen needs to read them.

02

The kitchen sees it

It lands on the right station screen the second it is sent. Wok, fryer, cold, drinks. Timed, so the pass knows what is late before the floor does.

03

Stock comes off

The dish has a recipe, so the ingredients leave the count as it goes out. You know what is left of the chicken thigh at four in the afternoon, not at stocktake.

04

The day closes itself

Takings, platform payouts and supplier invoices post into the P&L in the right month with GST split out. Staff hours go to payroll. Nobody reconciles anything by hand.

Step three is the one nobody else joins up. A till that does not know your recipes can tell you what you sold. It cannot tell you what it cost you.

The kitchen

Written for the pass,
not for the office.

A kitchen screen is read at arm's length, with wet hands, in a hurry. Everything here is built for that first and looks tidy second.

Grab · 9m

Table 12 · 1m

Every ticket carries where it came from and how long it has been waiting.

On the line

  • Tickets routed by station, so the fryer never reads the drinks order
  • A timer on every ticket, and it turns before a customer asks
  • Bump and recall, because the wrong one gets bumped eventually
  • Course pacing, so mains are not fired before starters clear
  • 86 a dish in one tap, and it disappears from every ordering screen at once

Behind the line

  • Recipes with real quantities, down to the gram and the millilitre
  • Cost per dish, recalculated the day a supplier price changes
  • Prep lists built from what is booked and what usually sells
  • Wastage logged in seconds, with a reason, because the reason is the point
  • Stocktake on a phone, counted against what the system expected

Prime cost

Two numbers decide it.
Most kitchens see them late.

Food cost and labour cost. Together they are your prime cost, and a few points either way is the difference between a good year and a closed shutter. Most operators learn theirs weeks after the month they could have done something about.

Food cost, as it happens

Recipes are costed from what you actually paid your supplier this week, not from a number typed in last year. Sell a dish and its cost leaves with it. When a supplier raises the price of beef, every dish with beef in it reprices itself and you can see which ones stopped making sense that morning.

Labour cost, as the shift runs

Staff clock in on their phones, the hours reach payroll with CPF and part-time rules already applied, and the cost lands against the same day's sales. A quiet Tuesday with three people on shows up while you can still send someone home, not in next month's accounts.

This is why it sits on app.kevinchia.sg rather than beside it. A till knows your sales. A payroll app knows your wages. Neither can give you a percentage, because neither has the other half.

Early kitchens keep the launch price for as long as they stay. If you help shape it while it is being built, you do not pay more later because it got better.3

Want it on your own web address? We set up your own domain with a quickly designed website that stays in sync with the system, for S$39 a month or S$399 a year. It is optional.

From a app.kevinchia.sg customer

“An entry point for a small start-up, without being overwhelming.”

“Looking for an easy way to manage my small business, I came across app.kevinchia.sg. This solution has an entry point for a small start-up, not overwhelming, while having more sophisticated features for future scaled-up operations. Had a chance to speak to the founder Kevin and was greatly encouraged that he listens to his clients, big or small, and is always open to see how he can improve the client experience. app.kevinchia.sg not only provides a solution, but provides the relationship management as if you are a big corporate. Very glad to chance upon this software.”

It sits on the platform

Everything a small business needs is already underneath it.

This is not a different product you move to, and it is not a second thing to pay for. The whole back office is part of it. Your restaurant gets every module a Singapore business runs on, the P&L, GST, payroll, invoicing, CRM, the staff portal, bookings and the AI assistant, and the kitchen system is the depth on top of it. One login, one bill, one set of numbers.

Order Kitchen Stock off In the P&L GST worked out

That is what a restaurant group pays six figures for and calls an ERP. If the back office is all you need, Pro 365 is the standalone plan for it at S$365 a year, and you can stay on it for good. A kitchen moves up to this when the kitchen needs it, and takes everything it already had with it.

Questions

Frequently asked.

When can I have it?

It is being built now, which is why this page carries a notice instead of a sign-up button. The honest answer is that the date depends partly on who talks to us early: a kitchen that shows us a real service shapes what gets built first. Tell us what you run and we will tell you where it stands, with a date rather than a vague soon.

Do I have to replace my POS?

Eventually yes, because the whole argument is that one system knows both the sale and the cost. But you do not have to do it on day one to get value: the books, payroll, GST and the staff portal all work today on Pro 365 at S$365 a year, and the kitchen side comes when it is ready. When it does, the back office comes with it rather than being charged for again, and nobody is asked to switch a live service over a weekend.

Will it work with GrabFood, foodpanda and Deliveroo?

Bringing platform orders onto the same kitchen screen, and reconciling their payouts against what you actually sold, is on the build list because it is one of the two things operators ask for first. Tell us which platforms you are on and how much of your revenue they carry, and that decides the order they get built in.

I have three outlets. Does it handle that?

Yes. Each outlet has its own service, its own stock and its own numbers, and the group sees them added up with the outlets side by side. Your first outlet is S$199 a month and each extra outlet is S$100 a month, or S$1,999 and S$999 a year paid yearly. A central kitchen that supplies the others is a different shape again, and it is exactly the kind of thing worth telling us about early.

Do I pay for Pro 365 as well?

No. Pro 365 is included at no extra cost, so the whole back office is part of this. You are not paying for the platform and then paying again for the kitchen: it is one plan, one login and one bill, and it carries every module a Singapore business needs alongside the kitchen side. Pro 365 is the standalone plan for a business that wants the back office and none of this, so you do not need it on top.

What happens to what I have already put into app.kevinchia.sg?

Nothing changes and nothing is migrated. This is depth added to the same account: the same login, the same P&L, the same staff, the same customers. Your history stays exactly where it is, and what you were paying for the platform comes off the new price rather than sitting beside it.

Is S$199 a month the final price?

S$199 a month for your first outlet and S$100 for each extra one, or S$1,999 and S$999 a year paid yearly, is what we expect to launch at, with the whole platform inside it rather than billed separately. It is written here rather than hidden behind a form because a price you have to ask for wastes everybody's afternoon. If it moves before launch, anyone who came in early keeps the price they were quoted.

Can it be on our own website address?

Yes, if you want it. For S$39 a month or S$399 a year we set up your own domain with a quickly designed website that stays in sync with the system, so what your restaurant shows online is never out of step with what you run. It is an optional add-on, not part of the price above.

Get in early

Tell us about your kitchen.

What you serve, how many covers, what your service actually looks like at seven on a Friday, and which part of it hurts. Early kitchens shape what gets built first and keep the launch price.

No sales call unless you ask for one. If Pro 365 on its own already covers you, we will say so rather than sell you depth you do not need.

Got it.

We will come back to you with a straight answer: where the build stands, whether your kitchen is one we can shape it around, and whether Pro 365 on its own already solves what you described.

Anything to add in the meantime, hello@kevinchiahd.com reaches the same place.

  1. This page describes software that is being built and is not available yet. The figures in the illustration are invented and no screen on this page is a photograph of a running system. What is live today is the app.kevinchia.sg platform underneath it: the P&L, GST, invoicing, payroll, the staff portal, bookings and the online shop, at S$365 a year for everything.
  2. An indicative range for the Singapore market, built from the published prices of separate point-of-sale, kitchen display, inventory, rostering, payroll and accounting products for a single outlet, checked September 2026. It is a guide to the shape of the bill, not a quote, and what any one restaurant pays depends on how many terminals and how many staff it has.
  3. S$199 a month for the first outlet and S$100 a month for each extra one, or S$1,999 and S$999 a year paid yearly, is the price we expect to launch at, and it includes Pro 365 rather than sitting on top of a second subscription. Anyone who comes in before launch is quoted a figure in writing and keeps it for as long as their subscription runs without a break.
