Chatbot
A chat bubble on your own website, trained on your own answers: your prices, your opening hours, your delivery areas, your policies. Visitors get a reply at eleven at night instead of a contact form.
Part of Pro 365: S$49 a month, or S$365 a year for every module.1
It answers from your FAQs, your uploaded files and your own pages, and from nothing else.2
Questions and answers in your own words, plus anything else worth knowing. Ten minutes gets you most of the way there.
Upload a price list or a policy as a file, or point it at pages on your own site and it reads them for you.
One line into your website, wherever you can add HTML. The bubble appears in your colour, with your avatar, on every page.
Every conversation, searchable. The questions it could not answer become your next five answers, which is how it gets good.
It answers from what you gave it. Asked something you never covered, it says so and points them at you, which is the honest answer and also the one that gets you the enquiry rather than losing it.2
People will try to play with it. Attempts to make it forget its instructions or pretend to be something else are caught before they reach the model, and somebody steering it away from your business is quietly slowed down.5
The gap is the point. One button reads through what people asked and hands back the questions it had no answer for, as a list you add to your FAQs or dismiss. Every chatbot is bad on day one; this is how it stops being.
How we compare
This is the honest comparison. Almost nobody arrives here from another chat widget. They arrive from a Contact Us page nobody fills in, and an FAQ page that answers the question only if the visitor phrases it your way.
Price
The chatbot comes with Pro 365, alongside every other app.kevinchia.sg module. Unlimited replies, training from files and web pages, analytics and the full conversation log are all in it. We set every business up ourselves.
Word for word, searchable, with the ones that needed you marked.
Nothing it said to your customers is hidden from you.
The score moves as you type, so you can watch the gap close.3
Features
Ask for something and it gets built. Every account has a Feedback button that raises a real ticket, read by the person who writes the code. If it would help more than one Singapore business it goes into the module and lands in every account, usually by the next working day.
Need it to work with a tool you already use? Ask the same way. We check that it can be done and tell you straight. You subscribe, by card or PayNow, we build the connection, and you try it on your own account. If we cannot make it work, you get your money back.
Before you sign up, hello@kevinchiahd.com reaches the same place.
From a customer
“An entry point for a small start-up, without being overwhelming.”
“Looking for an easy way to manage my small business, I came across app.kevinchia.sg. This solution has an entry point for a small start-up, not overwhelming, while having more sophisticated features for future scaled-up operations. Had a chance to speak to the founder Kevin and was greatly encouraged that he listens to his clients, big or small, and is always open to see how he can improve the client experience. app.kevinchia.sg not only provides a solution, but provides the relationship management as if you are a big corporate. Very glad to chance upon this software.”

Questions
The chatbot is part of Pro 365, which is every app.kevinchia.sg module for S$49 a month, or S$365 a year paid yearly. Replies are unlimited, and it includes training from files and web pages, analytics and the gap-finding scan. If you already pay for the chatbot on its own, you keep your plan and your price.
It answers from what you gave it: your FAQs, your uploaded documents and the pages you pointed it at. Asked something outside that, it says it does not know and points the visitor at you rather than guessing. It is not perfect, which is why you can read every conversation it has had, word for word, and why the first fortnight of reading them matters more than anything else you will do with it.
One line of code, pasted wherever your site lets you add HTML. Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify and a hand-written site all work, and there is nothing to install or keep updated. Changes you make to its answers take effect immediately, so the code on your site never has to change again.
No, once you set your domain. The widget checks where it is being loaded from and refuses to run anywhere else, subdomains of yours excepted. Leave it blank and it will run anywhere, which is occasionally what you want while you are testing.
Attempts to make it forget its instructions or pretend to be something else are caught before they reach the model at all. Somebody who keeps steering it away from your business gets three tries and is then slowed down for an hour with a message pointing them at your real contact details. It is a business tool rather than a toy, and it behaves like one.
It answers from what you have told it: your FAQs, your uploaded files and the pages it has read. It does not reach into your shop stock, your booking diary or your P&L. If your prices are on a page it has read it will quote them, so keep that page current, and if they change often a short FAQ answer is easier to keep right than a page.
It says so, points the visitor at your real contact details, and marks the conversation for you to read in the morning. That question then shows up in the gap-finding scan as something worth writing an answer for, which is how a chatbot that was mediocre in week one is genuinely useful by week three.
No, and every other module comes with it anyway, because the chatbot is part of Pro 365. It needs nothing else switched on. If you also run an Online Shop, the FAQs you wrote for your shop can feed it, so one set of answers appears in two places, and it can link visitors to your booking page or your shop.
