01

Connect your account

Give PayNow Auto-Confirm a read-only key to your business account. A step-by-step guide walks you through it in about five minutes.3

02

Your customer pays

They scan your PayNow QR. The amount and a unique reference are locked in, so they cannot be typed wrong.

03

PayNow Auto-Confirm spots it

It looks for a payment carrying that exact reference and that exact amount, to the cent. Nothing else counts.

04

Confirmed for you

The booking, order or invoice is confirmed, the customer is emailed, and the sale lands in your P&L.

No fee came off the S$80. PayNow goes straight from your customer’s bank to yours. There is no card gateway in the middle taking a cut.

Nobody had to look. Not you, not your staff. The customer had their confirmation within a minute or two of paying.

A near miss is shown, never guessed. The right reference on the wrong amount is flagged for you to check, and never confirmed on its own.

How we compare

PayNow Auto-Confirm vs a card payment gateway

A card gateway confirms payments by itself too, and takes a percentage of every sale for doing it. Plain PayNow costs nothing, but somebody has to open the bank app and tick each one off.5

Features

Everything in it.

Where it works

  • Bookings: a paid appointment, class place or event slot confirms itself
  • Shop orders: a paid order moves to preparing, with stock taken off
  • Invoices: the payment is recorded, including a part payment
  • Your Shopify store: a PayNow order at checkout is marked paid in Shopify6

The PayNow your customers know

  • A PayNow QR with the amount locked2
  • A unique reference on every payment, filled in for them
  • Pays from DBS, POSB, PayLah!, UOB, Citibank and most Singapore banking apps

Matching you can trust

  • Exact reference and exact amount, to the cent
  • One payment settles one thing, never two
  • Near misses shown to you, never confirmed on their own

“I have paid” still works

  • Customers can tap it as they always could
  • You are told straight away on Telegram
  • PayNow Auto-Confirm starts looking for the money at once

How often it checks

  • Bookings and orders every few minutes while payment is due
  • Invoices four times a day, and every few seconds after “I have paid”
  • An unpaid hold that was really paid is rescued before it expires

Safe by design

  • A read-only key: nothing in app.kevinchia.sg can move your money
  • Stored encrypted and never shown again
  • One setting for the business, only the owner or a co-owner can change it

This is not the end
of this module.

Ask for something and it gets built. Every account has a Feedback button that raises a real ticket, read by the person who writes the code. If it would help more than one Singapore business it goes into the module and lands in every account, usually by the next working day.

Bank with somebody we do not support yet? Tell us which. More business accounts are on the list, and the ones people ask for move up it.

Before you sign up, hello@kevinchiahd.com reaches the same place.

From a customer

“An entry point for a small start-up, without being overwhelming.”

“Looking for an easy way to manage my small business, I came across app.kevinchia.sg. This solution has an entry point for a small start-up, not overwhelming, while having more sophisticated features for future scaled-up operations. Had a chance to speak to the founder Kevin and was greatly encouraged that he listens to his clients, big or small, and is always open to see how he can improve the client experience. app.kevinchia.sg not only provides a solution, but provides the relationship management as if you are a big corporate. Very glad to chance upon this software.”

Questions

Frequently asked.

What does PayNow Auto-Confirm cost?

Nothing extra. It is part of Pro 365, which is S$49 a month or S$365 a year, and every industry system includes Pro 365. There is no fee on any payment. That is the position for now; if PayNow or the bank changes its own rules or fees, it may change, and we will tell you before it does.

Which bank account do I need?

A business account we support. Today that is one Singapore business account provider, and the setup screen names it and walks you through connecting it. More are on the list. If yours is not supported yet, tell us which bank, and you can still take PayNow and confirm payments yourself.

Which apps can my customers pay from?

DBS, POSB, PayLah!, UOB, Citibank and most other Singapore banking apps. They scan your PayNow QR as they would anywhere else. A few payment apps cannot pay this kind of PayNow address yet; those customers can use another app, or pay another way and you confirm it yourself.

Can app.kevinchia.sg move money out of my account?

No. PayNow Auto-Confirm uses a read-only key that can only see transactions. It is stored encrypted, never shown again, and nothing in app.kevinchia.sg can make a payment. You can turn PayNow Auto-Confirm off at any time.

What if a customer pays the wrong amount?

It is not confirmed. PayNow Auto-Confirm only confirms a payment with the exact reference and the exact amount. The right reference on the wrong amount is shown to you as a near miss, so you can decide what to do.

Can customers still tap “I have paid”?

Yes. It tells you straight away, and PayNow Auto-Confirm starts looking for the money at once, so most payments are confirmed within a minute or two.

What happens if the bank connection stops working?

You confirm payments yourself, exactly as before, and nothing already recorded is lost. PayNow Auto-Confirm depends on the bank’s own connection; we work hard to keep it running, but if the bank changes or stops it, PayNow Auto-Confirm pauses until it can be fixed.

Does it work with my Shopify store?

Yes. Add PayNow as a payment method at your Shopify checkout, next to cards. When a customer picks it, they are emailed a PayNow QR for the order. Once the money is in, PayNow Auto-Confirm marks the order paid in Shopify, so it goes to fulfilment like any other. An order not paid within 15 minutes is cancelled and its stock put back. You connect your store from the PayNow Auto-Confirm page with keys from your own Shopify admin.

Does it come with the industry systems?

Yes. Every industry system, and the membership system, includes Pro 365, and PayNow Auto-Confirm comes with it. Email us and we set it up with you.

Stop checking your bank app.

Take PayNow for your bookings, shop, invoices and Shopify store, and let PayNow Auto-Confirm tell you when the money is in.

  1. PayNow Auto-Confirm is part of Pro 365 (S$49 a month, or S$365 a year paid yearly), and every app.kevinchia.sg industry system includes Pro 365. app.kevinchia.sg charges no fee on any payment. This is the position as at September 2026. Because PayNow Auto-Confirm relies on PayNow and on your bank, its price or how it works may change if their rules, fees or services change; we will tell you before any change to what you pay. Your bank’s own charges, if any, are between you and your bank.
  2. The PayNow QR follows the EMVCo standard, and the amount in it cannot be changed by the person paying. The money goes directly from your customer to your own account; app.kevinchia.sg does not hold or move it. Most Singapore banking apps can pay it; a few payment apps cannot yet pay this kind of PayNow address, and those customers can pay another way.
  3. PayNow Auto-Confirm works with a supported business account and needs a read-only key that you create in that account. It depends on the account provider’s own connection, which app.kevinchia.sg does not control. We work hard to keep it running, but if the provider changes, limits or stops that connection, PayNow Auto-Confirm may stop confirming payments until it is restored; payments can always be confirmed by hand.
  4. The screens on this page are drawn to show how PayNow Auto-Confirm works, not photographed, and every name and figure in them is invented. How quickly a payment is confirmed depends on when your bank shows it as settled.
  5. The comparison is with a card payment gateway as a category, and not with any one named provider. Providers differ, and some rows will be true of some of them and not others. If a row here is wrong, tell us at hello@kevinchiahd.com and it will be corrected.
  6. Shopify checkout needs a Shopify store you own, a manual payment method named PayNow, and an app you create in your Shopify admin with permission to read and update orders. An order is held for 15 minutes from the PayNow email; if the payment is not found by then, PayNow Auto-Confirm cancels the order in Shopify, puts its stock back and Shopify tells the customer. A payment for more than the order is treated as paid; a payment for less is not, and the order is held for you to decide. Nothing is cancelled while PayNow Auto-Confirm cannot read your account.
