CRM
A kanban you drag people across, in columns you name yourself. Underneath it, one address book that every part of app.kevinchia.sg files people into.
Part of Pro 365, with the address book included and no per-contact charge ever.1
Name your own columns. Drag a card across, and that is the whole update.
Seven sensible ones are there to start with. Rename them, delete them, add your own. It is your process, not a template you have to fit into.
A booking, an invoice or a shop order files the customer for you. A scanned receipt files the shop as a supplier. Type one in, or import a CSV.
Enquired to quoted to won. The board is the status, so there is nothing else to go and update afterwards.
What was said, and when to come back to it. The follow-up appears on your dashboard on the day, so the reminder finds you.
None of that was typed here. The invoices came from invoicing, the appointments from Bookings, the addresses from a house call she booked. The contact is simply where they all meet.
Money taken without an invoice still counts. Tag a revenue entry to a customer and it shows on their profile, which matters when half your work is paid on the spot and never invoiced.5
Two of the same person can be joined. Duplicates are found for you, and merging moves everything: appointments, invoices, tagged revenue, notes, tags and saved addresses.
How we compare
This is the honest comparison. Almost nobody arrives here from another CRM. They arrive from a spreadsheet, the contacts on their phone, and scrolling back through WhatsApp to find what somebody ordered last time.
Price
Most CRMs price per user per month and then again per contact, so the bill grows as the list does. CRM is part of Pro 365, one price for the account with every other app.kevinchia.sg module, and filing somebody is never the thing you are charged for. We set every business up ourselves.2
A date on a note is the difference between a lead you are chasing and a lead you have forgotten.
Follow-ups and birthdays come to your dashboard on the day they are due.
Which name do you keep?
Every field is asked about in plain English, because a merge has no undo.
Appointments, invoices, tagged revenue, notes and addresses all move across.
Features
Ask for something and it gets built. Every account has a Feedback button that raises a real ticket, read by the person who writes the code. If it would help more than one Singapore business it goes into the module and lands in every account, usually by the next working day.
Need it to work with a tool you already use? Ask the same way. We check that it can be done and tell you straight. You subscribe, by card or PayNow, we build the connection, and you try it on your own account. If we cannot make it work, you get your money back.
Before you sign up, hello@kevinchiahd.com reaches the same place.
From a customer
“An entry point for a small start-up, without being overwhelming.”
“Looking for an easy way to manage my small business, I came across app.kevinchia.sg. This solution has an entry point for a small start-up, not overwhelming, while having more sophisticated features for future scaled-up operations. Had a chance to speak to the founder Kevin and was greatly encouraged that he listens to his clients, big or small, and is always open to see how he can improve the client experience. app.kevinchia.sg not only provides a solution, but provides the relationship management as if you are a big corporate. Very glad to chance upon this software.”

Questions
CRM is part of Pro 365: S$49 a month, or S$365 a year paid yearly, which works out about S$30 a month. That covers the address book, the lead board, the conversation log, follow-ups, birthdays and CSV import, plus every other app.kevinchia.sg module. There is never a per-contact or per-user charge. Email us and we set your business up ourselves.
No. If you are already paying for a single module, you keep your plan and your price.
Mostly from working. A booking, a shop order or an invoice files the customer for you, and scanning an expense receipt files the shop as a supplier. You can also type somebody in or import a CSV.
Yes. Duplicates are found for you and shown with the reason they matched. Merging moves everything: appointments, invoices, tagged revenue, notes, tags and saved addresses, and you are asked field by field, in plain English, which version survives. Nothing is decided silently, because a merge has no undo.
Yes, for the parts you choose to share. Write a note on a contact and tick that the customer may read it, and it appears on their booking account, which they reach by signing in with a six-digit code emailed to the address they booked with. Their appointments and their invoices are on the same page.
Names, phone numbers, emails, dates of birth and emergency contacts are individually encrypted at rest, on top of database-level isolation that stops one account ever reading another. Deleting a contact is a real deletion rather than a hidden flag, which is what PDPA intends. It is never sold and never used to train a model.
Because HubSpot is built for a sales team with a pipeline review every Monday. This is a board with columns you name, cards you drag, and a note you can type. If it takes more than a minute to use, nobody uses it, and then it is worse than the notebook was.
No. The address book stands on its own, on any account, whether or not you ever open the pipeline. Most people meet it the other way round: they scan receipts or take a booking, and find their suppliers and customers already filed.
Name three columns, drag in the people you are already thinking about, and put a date on the next one. Email us and we set your business up ourselves.
