Pro 365
Accounting, GST, payroll, staff, customers, bookings, a shop and compliance, on one system. A single thing that happens in your business ripples through everything it touches.
S$365 a year, or S$49 a month, for every module.1
The booking is the only entry. Everything under it is derived from that one fact, which is why nothing can disagree.
That is what a large company pays six figures for and calls an ERP.
Business name, sole trader or Pte Ltd, financial year end, GST registered or not. That is the whole setup.
They are read, categorised, GST split and posted. Start from today; older ones can be scanned any time, or never.5
Add staff, open a booking page, put a shop link in your bio. Each is a few minutes, and we walk you through the first ones.
A booking, an order, a paid invoice, a payroll run and a staff claim all post themselves into your accounting, in the right month.
Nobody re-keys anything. Photograph a supplier receipt and the shop is filed as a supplier, the GST is split out, and the expense lands in the right category. Next month the scanner already knows where that shop belongs.
Every module files people into one address book. Customers from bookings and orders, suppliers from receipts. Which is why a customer record shows what they owe, what they booked and what they have spent without you assembling it.
And the assistant reads all of it. Ask what you actually made last quarter after your own salary, in plain English, and it answers from your real numbers rather than from a generic model.6
How we compare
These are the market rates a Singapore small business would otherwise pay for the same jobs, one subscription at a time. It is not a straw man, and the last two rows go the other way.
The other way people solve this is to hire somebody. An admin hire in Singapore is S$2,000 to S$3,000 a month.
Price
Every module with every limit lifted, including every module we build after you subscribe. S$49 a month, or S$365 a year paid yearly. We set every business up ourselves.1

Features
Ask for something and it gets built. Every account has a Feedback button that raises a real ticket, read by the person who writes the code. If it would help more than one Singapore business it goes into the platform and lands in every account, usually by the next working day. If it is specific to just you, we say so rather than take your money for it.
Need it to work with a tool you already use? Ask the same way. We check that it can be done and tell you straight. You subscribe, by card or PayNow, we build the connection, and you try it on your own account. If we cannot make it work, you get your money back.
Before you sign up, hello@kevinchiahd.com reaches the same place.
From a customer
“An entry point for a small start-up, without being overwhelming.”
“Looking for an easy way to manage my small business, I came across app.kevinchia.sg. This solution has an entry point for a small start-up, not overwhelming, while having more sophisticated features for future scaled-up operations. Had a chance to speak to the founder Kevin and was greatly encouraged that he listens to his clients, big or small, and is always open to see how he can improve the client experience. app.kevinchia.sg not only provides a solution, but provides the relationship management as if you are a big corporate. Very glad to chance upon this software.”

Questions
Nothing has to move. Start from the current month. There is no cut-off date and no import step you have to finish before the product works. Older receipts can be scanned whenever you feel like it, and CRM contacts import from a CSV if you have one. Migration is the reason most people stay stuck on a system they dislike, so we removed it as a requirement.
No. One price covers the account, and you can invite your team at no extra cost. Employee logins for the staff portal are unlimited at no extra cost, so every member of staff can have one.
No. Every module comes as part of Pro 365, because they work as one system. If you already pay for a single module, you keep your plan and your price.
Email hello@kevinchiahd.com and tell us a little about the business. We onboard every business personally: we set up the account, bring in what you already have and walk you through the first month.
Our industry systems (restaurant, retail, tuition, studio, car workshop and car dealer) include Pro 365 at no extra cost, from S$199 a month for your first location. Membership management for associations includes Pro 365 too, from S$99 a month.
One session during your paid year, on your own business: your numbers, your pricing, hiring, how you are running things. It is explicitly not a software walkthrough, and you can use it as a clinic on one part of the business. Book it whenever suits you.
In a managed Postgres database on AWS, encrypted at rest and backed up nightly, with row-level security so one account can never read another. Sensitive payroll and customer fields are encrypted individually on top of that. It is never sold and never used to train a model. You can export it, and you can delete it.
That is exactly who it is for. Paid yearly it is about S$30 a month, less than most businesses pay for one of the tools it replaces, and a one-person business gets its accounting, payroll, bookings and a shop in one place. We run our own company on it, and we are a small, senior team.
No. Sole proprietors, partnerships and companies all use it, and the setup asks which you are so the right things appear. Compliance is the one part aimed specifically at company directors, because ACRA annual returns and directors’ resolutions only apply to companies.
Ask, and you get a straight answer in a few working days. The bar is whether it would help more than one Singapore business. If it would, it gets built into the platform and lands in every account, including yours at no extra cost. If it is specific to just your business we say so rather than take your money for it.
Ask through the Feedback button, or email hello@kevinchiahd.com before you sign up. We check whether it can be done and tell you straight. If it can, you subscribe, by card or PayNow, we build the connection and you try it on your own account. If we cannot make it work, you get your money back.
Four questions and this month’s receipts, and you have a working back office. Email us and we set you up ourselves.
