Fitness & wellness
Timetable, packs, memberships, waitlist, instructors and your books on one system. Members book on your own website or in the members' portal, packs and memberships bill themselves, the waitlist quietly fills the spot somebody gave up, and every class on the timetable shows you what it made after the instructor was paid.
Built in Singapore, for Singapore: PayNow, GST at 9%, CPF for part-time instructors, and public holidays already in the timetable.1
Illustrative figures. Twelve booked is not S$12 × anything: some are on a pack bought last year, some on unlimited, one did not turn up.
Who it is for
app.kevinchia.sg already does the books, the payroll, the GST and the staff portal for any small business, at S$365 a year. This is for the ones where the software has to run the floor as well: the timetable, who has credits left, who is on the waitlist and who is teaching on Saturday.
Yoga, pilates, reformer, barre, boxing, functional, dance and martial arts. Personal training, physio, massage and treatments. Most studios do some of each, and the money works differently for each.
One room in an industrial building or three locations across the island. Each has its own timetable, its own instructors and its own numbers, and a member's pack works at all of them if you want it to.
Paid per class, per head, or an hourly rate, often teaching at three studios. Their pay comes from the classes they actually taught and lands in payroll with CPF applied where it should be.
How it works
The class is the unit. The website, the portal, the waitlist, the instructor's pay and the P&L all take their answer from the same one.
Classes, rooms, sizes, instructors, what each one costs and how far ahead people can book. Once, at the start.
A real site at your own address with the timetable, the instructors, the prices and a Book button on every class. It cannot go stale, because it is reading the same timetable you are.
Book, cancel inside your window, join the waitlist, buy the next pack, see how many classes are left and when they expire. In their own portal, at six in the morning, without messaging you.
Packs, memberships, walk-ins, instructor pay with CPF, GST and the P&L. All of it from the register and the price, so there is nothing to reconcile on the 28th.
Members and enquiries
A class that ran with two empty spots four people wanted. A pack that ran out in March and nobody said anything. An enquiry at eleven at night that got an answer at ten the next morning, by which time they had booked somewhere else.

The floor
The WhatsApp side of this is not a sketch. We already run one for a Singapore fitness studio: it answers at midnight, books trials, reads PayNow screenshots, chases the people whose pack has run down and hands over to a human when it should. What this page proposes is joining that machine to the timetable and to the books.
The two numbers
Every studio owner knows their attendance. Almost none can tell you these two, and they are the ones that decide whether the year works.
Twelve people in the room is not twelve times anything. Some are on a pack bought at a promotion last year, some are on unlimited and cost you nothing at the door, one is a drop-in at full price and one did not turn up. Take what the class actually drew down against what you actually paid the instructor and you find out that Tuesday seven in the morning has been carrying Thursday eight at night for two years. A booking app does not know what you pay Sarah. A payroll app does not know who she taught.
A ten-class pack sold for S$300 is not S$300 of income. It is ten classes you owe. Sell forty packs in January and January looks wonderful, right up to the month everybody turns up and the money has already been spent on rent. Your accountant calls it deferred revenue and asks for it once a year. It is also the number that tells you whether the healthy bank balance is actually yours, and only a system that owns your P&L can hold that line honestly.
This is why it sits on app.kevinchia.sg rather than beside it. A booking app knows who came. A payroll app knows what you pay. Neither can give you a margin, because neither has the other half.
Price
The timetable, the website, the members' portal, the WhatsApp bot, packs, waitlist and instructor pay, and the whole app.kevinchia.sg platform underneath: books, GST, payroll, invoicing, CRM, the staff portal and your own online shop for retail. Not a subscription on top of a subscription. One bill. No per-member fee, no percentage of what you take, no charge for the portal. Monthly it is S$199 for your first studio and S$100 for each extra studio, cancel any time. Paid yearly it is S$1,999 for the first, about S$167 a month, and S$999 for each extra studio. Pro 365, every app.kevinchia.sg module, is included at no extra cost.
Want it before everybody else? Nobody has commissioned this yet, so the first studio that does gets it built around the way they already work rather than around an average. That is a custom project, priced per project, and a Singapore company may be able to co-fund part of it under the Enterprise Development Grant. After it is built it becomes a product at the price above, for the whole trade.3 How custom projects work
Want it on your own web address? We set up your own domain with a quickly designed website that stays in sync with the system, for S$39 a month or S$399 a year. It is optional.
From a app.kevinchia.sg customer
“An entry point for a small start-up, without being overwhelming.”
“Looking for an easy way to manage my small business, I came across app.kevinchia.sg. This solution has an entry point for a small start-up, not overwhelming, while having more sophisticated features for future scaled-up operations. Had a chance to speak to the founder Kevin and was greatly encouraged that he listens to his clients, big or small, and is always open to see how he can improve the client experience. app.kevinchia.sg not only provides a solution, but provides the relationship management as if you are a big corporate. Very glad to chance upon this software.”

Questions
It does not exist yet, which is why this page carries a notice instead of a sign-up button. It is a design we know how to build, waiting for the first studio to commission it. If that is you, it gets built around your packs, your cancellation window and the way you pay instructors, and you have it months before anybody else. If it is not you, tell us what you run anyway and it shapes what gets built first.
More than you would think. app.kevinchia.sg already runs classes on a weekly timetable with capacity and a register, takes one-to-one appointments, sells and takes payment by PayNow, keeps your members, raises invoices, does payroll with CPF and produces the P&L and the GST F5. That is live now, at S$365 a year for everything. What this page adds on top is packs and memberships, the waitlist, the members' portal, the WhatsApp bot, your own website, instructor pay from the timetable, and the two numbers above.
Not on day one, and the two are different questions. A specialist system is genuinely good at timetables and packs, and this page does not pretend otherwise: what it does that they cannot is join the class to the instructor's pay and to your P&L. A marketplace like ClassPass is a source of members rather than a system, and if it brings you people it is worth keeping while you move the rest.
No, and we are not going to build one. A discovery marketplace is a different business from software, it takes a cut of your members, and it is not what a system that runs your books should be doing. What you get is your own portal and your own website, carrying your name rather than ours.
Properly, which is the whole point. A pack sold is money received and a class owed, so it goes in as income you have not earned yet and comes into the P&L as each class is actually taught. That is what your accountant wants and it is what tells you whether a strong month was really strong. It is also why this belongs on a platform that owns the books rather than beside one.
No. Pro 365 is included at no extra cost, so the whole back office is part of this. You are not paying for the platform and then paying again for the studio side: it is one plan, one login and one bill. Pro 365 is the standalone plan for a business that wants the back office and none of this, so you do not need it on top.
S$199 a month for your first studio and S$100 for each extra one, or S$1,999 and S$999 a year paid yearly, is what we expect to launch at, with the whole platform inside it rather than billed separately. It is written here rather than hidden behind a form because a price you have to ask for wastes everybody's afternoon. Commissioning the build is a separate, larger, one-off conversation, and it is quoted in writing with a fixed figure before anything starts.
Yes, if you want it. For S$39 a month or S$399 a year we set up your own domain with a quickly designed website that stays in sync with the system, so what your studio shows online is never out of step with what you run. It is an optional add-on, not part of the price above.
Get in early
What you teach, how many in a room, how you sell it, and which part of the week you dread. If you want it built around you, say so and we will talk about what that costs. If you just want to shape it, that is useful too.
No sales call unless you ask for one. If Pro 365 on its own already covers you, we will say so rather than sell you depth you do not need.
We will come back to you with a straight answer: whether your studio is one we can build this around, what that would take, and whether Pro 365 on its own already solves what you described.
Anything to add in the meantime, hello@kevinchiahd.com reaches the same place.
